Tri-Instituional Career Symposium 2017

This daylong event will provide postdoctoral fellows and graduate students information about a range of career paths available to PhDs in the biomedical sciences. The symposium will include a keynote seminar from Melanie Sinche, a guru of PhD career development, and five career panels, each focusing on a different career path. The event will finish with the Tri‑I’s first ever Career Expo.

During the Career Expo, students and postdocs will be able to meet informally with company representatives to: 1) Learn about opportunities at different companies, 2) Understand the skill sets and experiences that these companies look for in employees, and 3) Understand the application process at these companies.

Who may attend?

This event is open to students and postdocs from Memorial Sloan Kettering, Rockefeller University, and Weill Cornell Medicine.
